I have completed 28 weeks of my pregnancy. I had been advised to take Ecosprin 75 tablet daily after lunch. Is it safe? Can i continue taking it, because on the tablet there is a warning given that it should not be taken during the last trimester?

Ecosprin contains the active ingredient Aspirin and is generally not recommended during the last trimester of pregnancy, because it acts as a blood thinner.

Did you doctor say why they want you to take it and have you spoken to them about your concerns?

There may be a reason they have you on it, have you had any history of blood clots or clotting problems?

Along with bleeding, you may experience nausea and indigestion.

You can read more about it here:

If there is any other information I can help you with, please let me know.

My dad is taking Losar H, Ecospirin 75 & Amtas 5 everyday for hypertension. He is not having any heart problem as such which is revealed by ecg & treadmill test. Is there any problem in taking ecospirin 75? He is on this medication for the last 4 years & is fine. Does ecospirin have any major side effects?

Hi. I am 35 and a heart patient. Last month I did tests like ecg, echo and treadmill tests which are all normal. Now my doctor told me to stop ecosprin 75 and all the medication, so I am not taking any medicine right now. Is it safe for me or not?

I have been told that my blood circulation is poor and was advised to take ecosprin 75. Now, after 25 days of use I feel that my weight has increased and I'm on no other medication. Is it due to ecosprin 75? I had undergone a left ear globus mass operation.
