I'm assuming you mean Dristan, which is used to treat sinus issues, such as colds and allergies?
If so, most formulations of it contain Pseudoephedrine, so you have to ask for it at a pharmacy counter and show your identification and sign for the purchase. It does not, however, require a prescription.
