I have been taking nitrilixe SR 1 mg for the past three years discontinuing tenalol (same chemical composition) as suggested by a cardic physician. I am having overbleeding during mensus period continuing for 5 days some time 10 days also. When I contacted my gyn doc she told there is chances of urinary infection and thyroid. she asked to test for TSH and blood test for urinary infection.test reported 8.9 in place of 5. and 50000 which indicated urinary infection also. Doc has advised me take medication of thyroid for 100 days. I was working as teacher and stopped going to school due dome reasons. Now I getting pain at the neck and sleeplessness, anxiety. What could be exact diagonisis and readmedy?
