i just got this prescribed to me as antibioitic in emergency room in german hospital in dusseldorf. i can't find it on PDR so i'm worried. the box says it comes from Kalamazoo USA but neither the name above or other name Sobline appears anywhere

The name should not be run together, it is Clindamycin Hydrochloride, which might be why you were unable to find it. It is an antibiotic that is used to treat various types of bacterial infections.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash.

Lauren do you have reason to believe they aren't real or were tampered with? That is the correct marking for a 150mg Clindamycin capsule manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals. NDC code: 00364-2337
