As far as comparing it to Cialis is concerned, both medications are considered to be potent and effective for treating generalized ED. I found a tear drop shaped peach colored tablet. The imprint C200 is on each side. There are no other numbers or letters. Brown square pill 25 mg on one side r on the other side. ## Is it possible that your pill is actually light pink as opposed to brown, with a marking of "RL" on one side, instead of just "R"? All that's imprinted is 20 on one side ## The two closest matches I could find were yellow egg-shaped pills marked with either "P 20" or "C 20", but not just the number "20" in and of itself. For this reason, I am guessing that it might be an illegitimate (counterfeit) erectile dysfunction medication. The egg shaped "20" tablet is most identical to 20mg Cialis (tadalafil). You can see a photo of the pill in question by running a search on google images for "yellow pill C 20". Whereabouts did you find this pill?
