Found this pill in a very small baggie in my floor. With no markings, I was wondered what it could be so I would know who to ask about it? ## I'm sorry, but if there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what this tablet contains. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, since they are all required by law to have a marking to enable their identification, however, there are several over the counter items that meet this description, plus there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Does anyone else have any ideas of what this could be?

There are Cialis tablets for erectile dysfunction that look like this, but those markings are C5, C10 and C20. Yellow in colour, approx 12mm in length, approx 4mm deep with the number 20 embossed on one side only. No letters or any other insignia thereon. ## Can I asked you where you found this, was it in the U.S. or elsewhere? This is similar to a 20mg Cialis pill, used for erectile dysfunction, but the name brand also has a C on it, just before the 20. It is possible that it is a generic, or something else entirely. Does anyone else know what this is?

small round scored bright pink pill ## PINK PILL 9mm diameter scored for cutting in half, no other markings. Srong smell of and similar looking to confectioary sold as smokers lollies in the past. Bought on internet from canada as soft cialis, but arrived from india, loose and between two pieces of cardboard. ## I'm sorry, without any markings, it is impossible to positively identify it. That is one of the hazards of ordering from foreign pharmacies that are not approved in the US, you can't be sure what you are getting and they are not regulated like medications manufactured under FDA standards. Does anyone else have information about this?
