Symbyax contains Olanzapine and Fluoxetine, it is commonly used to treat the main episodes of bipolar disorder, while Sibutramine is a stimulant used to aid in weight loss.

You should check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain, but I am not finding any interactions listed, between these medications.
