Betamox And Cyclidox

My gp prescribed Betamox and Cyclidox when I was at her last week. She said, however that I should try not drink it which I havent - and that I should try first drinking Septogard which I did - but this mornin when I woke up I feel yukky - should I start drinking the antibiotics?
