i have a vaginal infection from 2 years now i have taken this azithral XP tablet so is it effective,tany side effects and i have doubt that this infection really causes any cancer vaginal cancer

I have a vaginal infection blood use to come out when I pas out urine,my doctor prescribed me azithral-xp a combined kit of 4 tablets, is it sufficient?
