Looking for availability in u.s. of eskaflam and the side effects because it seems to be very effective in relieving my pain.

Eskaflam is listed as containing the active ingredient Nimesulide, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

Side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and stomach irritation.

Eskaflam contains the active ingredient Nimesulide.
