When is the best time of day to take cherifer pgm for optimal efficacy?

Ako po ay 13 ang height ko po ay 5'9 and 1/2 kaso po ang tuhod ko salubong d po ako nagtatake ng mga vitamins kasi may katangkaran din ang pamilya namin ang lolo ko 5'11 at 6'0 po ang lolo ko sa side
Ang tanong ko pedi ba akong magtake ng cherifer pgm???

Hi..may I know if what time do you drink Cherifer pgm? I'm only 14 y/o and my height is only 151cm and my friends and family keep teasing me because they have a better height than me. Please reply. Btw, I only take 1 cap this morning since this is my first time but I don't think it's right to take it in the morning tho

Before meals ba or after meal ang pag take ng cherifer pgm 10-22 with zinc? Ask lang po kasi right now I will be taking it.

Hi po. I'm a girl... ang height ko po ay 4'6 lang... So makakatulong po ba ang cherifer pgm 10-22 para tumangkad ako? ilang beses po ba sa isang araw dapat uminom?

I'm 20, 5'3 height, effective pa kaya sakin yung cherifer kung hindi ko mabalance yung dapat na proper time ng tulog? at tsaka in 30 capsules per day, tatangkad na kaya ako ng 1inch agad in 1month? Gusto ko pa naman tumangkad ng kahit 4inches lang.

Na try ko na Cherifer PGM effective naman siya, actually 5'3 lang talaga height ko, until gumamit ako neto, and for my surprise my plus 2 ako so I am now 5'5.

Ttangkad pa po ba ko? 5'2 po ang height ko, papa ko 5'3 and mama ko 5'2 din, 15yrs old po ako, tinitake ko po after dinner then ung tulog ung kulang ko.

Actually, I found an answer that says you can't drink it with milk. You can drink it with an interval of 2-3 hours. The calcium in milk doesn't go well with the iron and zinc as they said.
