20 years old na ako last april lang.
kung magtatake ba ako ng cherifer pgm tatangkad pba ako? im a girl and 5'1" in height. ska what time ba kailangang inumin to? after ba o before taking meal.

Cherifer PGM contains:

Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF) 200 mg, Zn (elemental) 15 mg, taurine 200 mg, vit A 2,756 iu, vit D 400 iu, thiamine HCl 1.95 mg, riboflavin 1.95 mg, niacinamide 35 mg, pyridoxine HCl 3 mg, cyanocobalamin 3 mcg, folic acid 250 mcg, vit C 100 mg, Fe 17 mg, Ca phosphate 150 mg, Mg oxide 7.5 mg and copper sulfate 1 mg.

So it is a multivitamin supplement.

Some people experience some nausea when taking it, so you may want to take it a little while before eating.

Due to the energy boost that vitamins can also give, it is usually best to take it in the morning, rather than at night.

i'm already 18 yrs old. if ever na mag take ako ng "CHERIFER PGM" may posibility ba na tatangkad pa ako?
kasi 5'5 ako ngayon tapos mejo payat p. parang hnd halatang binata ee haha..

21 na po ako tatang kad pa po b ako pag gumamit ng cherryfer pgm ilan months po ang epekto at anu ano ang mga bawal.,how manny capsule a day..thanks po answer pls .

hi ako po ay 20 years old na height ko 5'4 mga 5 years na rin ako cguro hindi tumangkad dahil sa mga vices ko height ng papa ko 5'4 mama ko 4'11 mga kuya ko 5'5nasa lahi ba un? or pde gumawa ng way para mas matangkad pa sa mga kapamilya pag nag take ba ako cherrifer tatangkad pa kaya ako kahit matagal na ako na hindi tumangkad at pag sinabayan ko ba toh ng exercise effective kaya/ kung sakaling mag effect ganu katagal? help please

Hi :0 Im linne im 15 yrs old im a girl may possibility pa poba ako tumangkad?..nahhiya ksi ako sa heigt ko 152cm or 5'1 lng ako..cguro..gusto ko pa pong tumangkad.. pa kahit mga 5'6 manlang kasi parang medyo bumagal yung pagtangkad ko because lock of rest lging busy sa school laging kulang ang tulog ko.. nag take ako ng cherifer this time sa tingin nyo effective kaya ito? iniimom ko sya gabi before eating dinner please reply this thank you so much

hindi ito effective na try ko na toh 2x a day mo ittake ang gastos mo para sa isang month e 8k 2 months akong gumamit eh wlang nag bago nagsayang lang ako ng snaps wag nyo ng i try kung ayaw nyong ma dismaya 2lad ko mas magandang mag exercise kayo araw2 tapos uminom ng cherrifer

Hi, 18 years old ako. Nag take ako nito last year at 5'7 ako noon. Ngayon 5'9 something na. Sa umaga ako umiinom nito. Sinasabayan ko rin ng pilates sa umaga before school. Dine-develop kasi ng pilates ang core muscles (abs baby!) para ma-stabilize lagi at always naka proper posture. Sa gabi rin umiinom ako ng milk (bear brand or cowhead) para sa maximum bone development.

After the first 4 months nag-gain ako ng inch, tapos ayun pagka-measure ko last week lampas 5'9! Advice ko rin mag cardio and aerobics kayo kasi tataba kayo dito. Gulat nga mga tropa ko nung Highschool e, dati kasi payat ako ngayon parang si Brad Pitt na dun sa Fight Club. Umiinom parin ako hanggang ngayon, once a day. Sulit kasi hindi ka lang tatangkad at tataba, lalakas din immune system mo at tatalino ka pa (taurine). Goal ko ma reach 5'11, para kasing tangkad ko si Orlando Bloom.

wag na kayo gumamit nang GLOXI,, na search kona yan,,, dami nag reklamo, maybe scam lang yan..
proper excercise lang yan,, at matulog nang maaga wag mag puyat,.. dapat 8 hours a day ang sleep time , para saktong naka pahinga ang body... :D
