Apixiban Stopped

I was at the hospital on the 30th of August this year, and he said everything looked positive so I could come of Apixiban if I wanted- but I would need to get a blood test on the 30th of September.

Now- I am only 18 years old and I have PTSD over hospitals and needles to I chose to come off it- as I had my PE around the 30th of January this year. So that's around 5 days I've been of the Apixiban- but I'm in so much pain! Not as severe as the actual PE it's self granted but enough to worry me. The doctor said if I was in pain to go to A & E as soon as just to be cautious. It's what I can describe as 'growing pains' even though I know it's not. That was how my PE started in the first place- from my legs.

I am moving about unlike before and I am NEVER going on the combined pill again- but I'm starting to freak a little bit. Everytime I go to the hospital they make out it's in my head- which is really unfair to saddle me with that just because I have mental health issues! So I don't know what to do, I can take a paracetamol sure, but this is how it all started before- so I'm sure people who have had it can empathise with me. My clot was in my left lung which the pain is coming from- but the right in beginning to overtake the left in the pain front. I feel like I can't even walk my knees are so stiff and sore. I know my GP would say try a bath or something, so that's why I'm asking you guys- because you've been in the same boat as I have; should I worry? My mum knows about this and she's really supportive so I guess that's a bonus- but should I generally feel worried? Or am I just being a bit paranoid?
