All you ever hear is the negativity and treat those whom really help and lack of help other than psychiatrists.

50/60 % provide nothing but want to talk and charge $$$$. That's what they care about.

How about a new medication that truly helps.

And last but least the Drug addicts & DEA is all they care about.

While I did have a Psychiatrist provide Xanax for me during a Work related removal, I always use a GP for this medicine. You should first develop a Doctor /Patient relationship. The GP charges a $25 copay, the Psychologist charged $500

Re: EDDY (# 1)

Correction, as we know a Physiologist is not a medical doctor and does not provide medicine with certain exceptions. Sorry, too much Xanax

Hello, John! How are you?

What medications and therapies have you tried?

As Eddy has stated, you do need to see the proper person in order for them to prescribe medications. However, there are many effective ones on the market. My husband did very well taking Zoloft for anxiety for several years. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight changes.

Some medications are made to specifically treat anxiety, some treat multiple symptoms, it depends on what works best for the person being treated.

Why can’t we purchase Bensedin a top quality Diazepam medication from Syria when ours is junk?

Must be saving our country's junk to protect their $$$ rather than those that help those in US could benefit!

What a government we have... yah right!!!
