1 Wk Taper Off Clonazapem

Took for 3 mos & 1 wk and tapered the next wk but took only as needed @ .05mg. most days took 1 dose & some days took 2 doses. I skipped many days during this time as well. When I found out about the drug, I did a fast taper in one wk. Only wd I have is tinnitus, nervous about leaving my home and anxiety that affects the way I breathe sometimes until I calm myself down. It's been 47 days off today. I never had wd's on the days when I didn't take the drug and I think being so nervous is bringing on symptoms except the tinnitus.
Some can come off cold turkey or a fast taper but you don't know can do this. I didn't know any better but thank the LORD I didn't have those bad ones I have read so much about..
