It is a small round yellow pill blank on one side. The other side has a 20 at the top of the circle with the number 26 underneath. I got 15 pills which are supposed to be 30 mg Oxycodone. I have always filled my Rx in the USA. I need to know a few more details. The pill is a yellow rounded shape with only one imprint which is a triangle shape. Another person mentioned they are manufactured in the Dominican Republic. I located an oblong yellow tablet with 15 on one side and UL on the other that's reportedly identified as Meloxicam 15mg made by a company called Unichem Pharmaceuticals. If you filled your prescription at a licensed pharmacy then there's nothing to really worry about, as they probably just reformulated their product. However, if you got it through other means then it sounds like it may be a counterfeit version of Meloxicam.
