I got 15 pills which are supposed to be 30 mg Oxycodone. I have always filled my Rx in the USA. I need to know a few more details. The pill is a yellow rounded shape with only one imprint which is a triangle shape. Another person mentioned they are manufactured in the Dominican Republic. I found a round pill. It's a yellow color. On one side there is a line through the middle and the other side is blank. I was told this is 15mg Percocet(oxycodone), but I have never seen it before. Just picked up script for 15 mg oxycodone ir's. they have always been blue. What is the difference? No, that is most likely something available over the counter, though there could be a small chance that is some type of foreign medication. Under current FDA law, all prescription tablets must have unique imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. The only exception would be for medications specially ordered by a doctor and done by a compounding pharmacy, which would be in capsules. The ones that are available from Purdue that have the abuse deterrent feature all have markings, they use OP on them and then the number of the dosage on the opposite side and the 15mg table...
