Only marks are: P73 ## From what I've sen from other replies about this same pill is that this is a low dose (81 mg) aspirin. ## Small white pill with P73 printed on one side. ## I have read that this is a low dose asprin but there is an odor to the bottle I found and it has no label on it. it smells like vinegar. ## CVS Pharmacy does list this tablet as containing 81mgs of Aspirin, which is the dosage many people use for heart health, and blood thinning. I am trying to identify a round yellow pill with the number 92 on one side and blank on the other. The edge of the round pill is flat from front to back. I am not sure where you got that information, but this is not a Amiloride, which is a diuretic, or any type of prescription drug. Pills marked with an L followed by numbers are manufactured by LNK International and they only make over the counter products that are sold by various stores as their store brans or generics.
