What is it? ## This one took some tracking down, because it is an over the counter item and the company has just recently switched to this imprint from their prior one of GDC. This is a generic or store brand of Tums containing Calcium Carbonate, which is used to treat heartburn, acid indigestion and similar conditions. So nothing to really worry about. I took these pills about 12 years ago when my sciatica when out. I had just lost my son. I am sure these are out date but I would like to know the name of them. I have been taking a few of them when it feels like my sciatica is going to start acting up

Round white pill, rather large, quite smooth, not grainy like other meds. Blank on one side with an imprint 121 in the middle on the other. I'm thinking it's a generic anti nausea med. ## You are correct, this tablet contains 12.5mgs of Promethazine, a generic for Phenergan. I was given this by a weight loss center. Not sure what it is for? does anyone know? I was just told that it is natural. And part of me wonders whether your pill may be off-white or tan in color? For verification, the pill I'm describing is made by Cipla USA and reportedly contains 50mgs of Topiramate; an anticonvulsant drug used for epilepsy. Does this sound like a possibility?

There is a round, white tablet with AN 627 on it that is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Tramadol. white round pill with LM on one side with line under it then 12.5 and blank on the other side ## This is an Over the counter product, it contains 12.5mgs Ephedrine and 200mgs Guaifenesin, sold for cold and allergy relief. THough products with Ephedrine have been pulled from the market, so it is an older tablet, no longer available.

Round white pill with MLX over 123, what is it? ## Nothing to worry about, this is just Acetaminophen 325mgs, a generic for Tylenol regular strength. ## Found in sons room and want to make sure its not a bad drug ## Glad to know what this little white pill is. Found this cleaning my house I just rented and don't know what this is it is small white pill split down the middle on one side and the other side says 10 ## So far, I've found two different possibilities in the NIH database. If the numbers are more square, it could be a medication manufactured by Virtus Pharmaceuticals, which they list as containing 0.125mgs of Hyoscyamine, which is used to treat conditions such as IBS, Chron's disease, and other gastro-intestinal issues. If they are rounder, then it could be a tablet that is manufactured by Accord Healthcare, which they list as containing 10mgs of Glipizide, which is most commonly used to treat diabetes. I have these white circular pills which are blank on the one side and on the other it has a line splitting it in half with a S on the one half and a 4 on the other half. Almost as small as a bb or pellet. A "z" or possibly a "n". Nothing on adjacent side. Found in a small vial brown glass white lid with quite a few in it. ## I can't be certain, but I have a suspicion that these may be 3.125mg Carvedilol tablets, they meet this description and have a Z on one side and though there is supposed to be a 1 on the other, it really doesn't show well on most of the tablets I have in my bottle. As I said, I can't be certain, but this is a possibility. Carvedilol is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Does anyone else know of any pills that meet this description?
