its a white pill with a line down the middle and has 325 on it ## If this tablet only had a 325 on it, then I believe it may be a 325mg Acetaminophen tablet, a generic or store brand of Tylenol. does tramadol work on siatic nerve pain going from lower back down leg? ## In my experience,no. Tramadol only worked on my neck pain. I can tell you what works for my siatic nerve pain aka (sychotic nerve) as I like to call it,stretching and hydrocodone. And I have sufferd with the pain for over 18 yrs,since i was 16.Oh and massage helps me too. The pill is cut in half so all I can see is 10 and possibly another number on one side and blank on the other side. ## It's generally very difficult to locate pills that are cut in half, since it could literally be anything at that point. Do you have any clues or hunches as to what you suspect it might be (based on where you found it or who you received it from)? Anything at all would be great, as there are at least 10-15 pills to choose from that are white and round with a "10" on one side. Lol
