I have a box of unused meds, among them is a round white tablet with an X on one side and the other side appears to be the number 87 but the 8 is imprinted in such a way it looks like 2 circles on top of each other. ## Did you managed to find what this was? I’ve found the same

I found five tiny (less than 1/8 diameter) round white tablets, each with a 4 imprinted on one side and nothing on the other in our bedroom. Neither my husband or I have any idea where they came from. We have no kids. Only a neighbor has been in the house feeding our cat in the last week. I hate to ask her if these are her drugs. Can you identify them? ## There are a number of different meds out there with just the # 4 on them, but the closest match based on your description is most likely Ibuprofen 400 mg. Is there any other information you can post abot the pills? Do they appear to be coated? You mentioned round and white, so I just wanted to make sure of that as well. I found a small white tablet with 5589 on one side, score on the other side and DAN DAN on each side of the score. It's about 10 years old. Can someone tell me what it is? ## @Eli, I located a round white pill with 5599 on one side and scored on the other with DAN DAN on each side of the score. This particular pill is identified as a 100mg Trazodone hydrochloride tablet, which is in the drug class of antidepressants. For verification, the size of this pill is approximately 11.00 mm. It also carries a National Drug Code of 00591-5599 and was reportedly manufactured by Watson (a company that no longer exists due to acquisitions by Actavis and more recently Teva). With this information in mind I would question if the 8 on your pill is actually 9? Hope this helps!

A small round white tablet with APO on top a line, then T50 under the line ## Found a match. It's Trazodone 50 mg (trade names Desyrel, Molipaxin, Deprax, Trittico, Thombran, Trialodine, Trazorel) which is a psychoactive compound with sedative, anxiolytic, and antidepressant properties. The various manufacturers claim that the antidepressant becomes active in the first week of therapy. Round white pill with APO with a cut line and 500 under it only on one side...what is it? ## I have searched around and so far the closest pill which I have found to resemble your description is: " Each white, round, flat-faced with bevelled edge, scored, compressed tablet, identified 'APO' over '500', contains acetaminophen 500 mg " [1] So my best guess at this point is that it is called Apo-acetaminophen from Canada, containing, of course, Acetaminophen 500 mg as stated above. white round apo 150 ## I located an white round pill with APO 150 on it the only difference is it has LAM above the 150. I also located another pill with APO 750, the only difference is the pill is oblong. Please post back with any more information so I can help you better.

This white pill is very small. On one side has the number 359 and 54. the number 54 is on top of the 359.
