It is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. I take seizure meds and 3 other medications along with it and I accidently spilled my bottles over and they all clashed together on the floor and now I can't find out if this medication is my seizure medication or not. ## Hi Grimmace, Is there any chance that the imprint on your pill says "128" as opposed to "122"? The closest match I'm finding is a white round pill with a "C" on the front and "128" on the back. It's not scored or anything else. It just has those two markings embedded into each side of the pill. This particular tablet reportedly contains 10mgs of Amlodipine besylate, which is commonly prescribed for treating high blood pressure. And for additional verification, the manufacturer is listed as Cipla USA. I hope this helps!
