Please help me identify a white round pill with the just the number "12" on the front and nothing on the back. The "12" is on one side of a pill break indented line. The closest match I'm finding is a white round pill with a "C" on the front and "128" on the back. It's not scored or anything else. It just has those two markings embedded into each side of the pill. I can not remember what these two pills are one is white round riker on one side 122 on the other? Second one is peach oblong front side has BMP 188 scored in between the BMP and 188 nothing on back ? Third is white round front is scored but only has 630 back has word Forest?
