I found a pill in a car I just purchased. It is a round white pill with a connected MP and the numbers 58 on the bottom. I've found a white oblong pill with rounded ends. It's embossed with "L404" on one side, while the other side is plain. Thank you in advance for any help identifying it. ## I think that the imprint being reported is actually L484 instead of L404. Is it possible that the '8' is just worn down? If so, then the tablet in question is actually just an over the counter pain reliever containing Acetaminophen 500 mg (not a narcotic). NDC 49348-042 among others. So far, the closest match I've seen is a round white pill imprinted with L434 on one side and scored on the back. [Pseudoephedrine 60mg + Triprolidine 2.5mg]. I've also seen an oblong white pill imprinted with L484 - albeit the 8 could probably be mistaken for a 3 depending on the condition of the pill. Unfortunately, neither one of these are Lortab (Hydrocodone Bitartrate + Acetaminophen). The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg without any Hydrocodone (NDC 30142-0484).
