LITTLE WHITE ROUND PILL V ON ONE SIDE 40 SCORE 10 ON THE OTHER SIDE ## Hi heidi, The closest match I could find to your pill has the imprint "V 48 | 10". I'm thinking this may be a match because the "8" can look like a "0" if the marking isn't clear. A white round pill marked "48 10 V" is identified as Oxycodone hydrochloride (5 mg). For your own verification, the National Drug Code (NDC) is: 00603-4990 I hope this helps! ...

Mallinckrodt hydrocodone/apap pills several years ago changed. This sounds like a similar thing to what used to be the caplet (large) shaped pills; M 0367 is now the M367 10/325mg tablet. I believe that they all changed to the same size and shape, dropping initial '0'. Some codes went out of use, most changed inbthe way described, but this tablet, if one og those, is unlikely to be of use, those things having changed well over 15 years ago. Advice; email Covidien. When in doubt... I did the same with Aspen re: Pax diazepam and Purata oxazepam, recently changed, and received courteous reply reassuring me within 48 hours. Write! ## The marking on the pill in question is often misinterpreted, since it can be hard to read on the small tablet, but it is actually M 0552 and the tablet... ...

my son has fever, just took 5mg of oxycodone, is it safe to take tylenol? ## Hello, Melody! How is your son doing? Yes, the tablet you mentioned only contains Oxycodone, so he should be able to take Tylenol, as long as it's okay with his doctor. However, it can potentiate the Oxycodone, which is why you need to check with his doctor, first. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

large round white tablet scored on one side and TEC 100 written on other side. Is this percocet and/or oxycontin? If so, I am aware of illegal activity; however, it is from a year ago. Will the police still look into this? ## Pills that use the TEC marking are manufactured by Ratiopharm Canada and this is not one of their Percocet markings. I can't find a listing for exactly what this contains, because they don't lise all of their markings on their site. However, I will keep looking. As to the police looking into if, after a year has passed, it is highly doubtful. Investigation trails can easily disappear in a short amount of time, which is why they usually do their heaviest investigating in the first 48 to 72 hours. Was it found in the U.S., Canada or elsewhere? ## In response ... ...

Yellow, oblong V on one side, 4829 on the other. I have no idea if this is even a real pill. I've google'd it came up with Oxycodone and Acetaminophen 10/325, but cannot find a picture or any other kind of info.. I have 2 of them. The only difference is when you flip them, on one of them, the V will be right side up but the other side 4829 will be upside down. On the second pill, the V will be right side up, flip it, the 4829 will be right side up. If that makes any sense. I know that is one way to tell a fake from real but with these I have no idea because I don't even know if the pill is even a real pill period!! I've checked the manufacture website and there is absolutely nothing about a 4829, but there is a V 4839, but the pill is white and round. ## I'm sorry, I... ...
