I was given a pill for pain. It is a round, white pill with a line down the middle. On one half there is a V and on the other half there are these numbers: 4839. It is blank on the other side. I have found this pill in my 97 year old dads drawer and am worried about it. It looks serious. I've spent countless times researching this and it comes up as the wrong pill! This is a large round white pill with markings only on one side. It's imprinted with a N and a C and is partially scored between the letters. I was prescribed this medication while in Singapore and although I know it's a muscle relaxer with caffeine added, which is randon, I can't remember what the prescribing Dr said the muscle relaxant was.
