Small white oval pill, one side has a divider for where you can cut it in half, the other side says C 12. ## What's the use of this pill?? My friend got one and I'm concerned. ## It has a triangle shape on top of the C12. No bottom to the triangle. White and round. Any idea what it is and what it is used for? Thank you in advance. ## A round, white Canadian tablet with the marking of C12 is listed as containing 20mgs of Citalopram, which is an antidepressant that is also used to treat anxiety, and panic attacks. I am trying to identify a pill that is white and three sided kind of like a triangle. On one side it is split in half with wc on one side and 142 on the other. What is it used for and does it have another name besides 02 on one side and Z on the other side? Some people say it's an opiate / narcotic. It is totally different from the one I usually take. That number is E 423, and when I put it under my tongue, it is immediately dissolved and my throat problems are relieved. The B 325 pill is larger, does not dissolve immediately, and I am afraid to take it. Are they for totally different symptoms? I have a small, white, round pill with m 145 imprinted on it. 'm' and '145' are each on their own line, but on same side. Any identification for it would be great. ## That last digit is actually meant to be a 6 but it is hard to see, this is Spironolactone 25mgs, a diuretic.
