White Pill V 01

I found a white pill with a V on one side and something in the middle of the V with a number on the other side that looks like 016 as the 1 is destinctive but may be a 910 as it could be upside down. My wife bought a twin bottle (one box) of the over the counter medicine used as an acid reducer known as generic renatanidine 150 from walmart. We both noticed instantly that upon opening the cardboard box, opening the cap, removing the silver/paper seal, that the tiny pink pills did not have the letters RISO on them & in fact, they had nothing on either side. My wife reminded me that at times one side would have a number on them regardless of if the letters appeared to say RISO on the other. Thus , no need to be concerned about a pill with nothing on either side. I understood the logic...

Round white pill with 901 H on one side, other side is blank. What is it? ## I believe the marking you're looking at is actually H 106 and the tablet contains 25mgs of Hydroxyzine, which is an antihistamine that's used to treat allergies, nausea, vertigo and for its sedative like properties. Side effects may include dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth. Learn more Hydroxyzine details here. Is there anything else I can help with?

I am a school nurse and one of these pills GC 101was found in hallway, after not being able to identify pill via web, called local pharmacy and it pulled up as non aspirin pain reliever 325 mg so in other words generic regular strength Tylenol. ## Thank you for taking the time to share this information! I also find it rather difficult to identify most of the OTC medications, since their pill imprints aren't usually listed online. A few pill identifiers out there actually specialize in identifying OTC meds, but they require some sort of ridiculous monthly subscription that most of the general public probably isn't willing to pay for. For those who may be looking for additional details on Aspirin, you can learn more about this drug on the page for Aspirin Details I hope this helps!

I FOUND THESE PILLS IN MY 17 YEAR OLD DAUGHTERS PURSE. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THESE PILLS DO?? THANK YOU. ## You need to be a little bit more specific. Are there 2 G's, and what is on each side? Is it round, rectangular, etc. Is it scored (does it have a line going through it to break in half)? If it looks like this: Then it is 100mg of ORPHENADRINE (Flexoject, Norject). It's a strong muscle relaxant used to relieve pain and stiffness in muscles and can treat muscle spasms. If combined with alcohol, it can be a pretty intense high at those dosages.

I found this white pill that says V on one side and 522 (scored) and can't tell what the other numbers are. Does anyone recognize this? ## Hi T, Do you have a general sense of what shape the pill is (e.g. round, oval, oblong, etc)? Also, is the "V" in an italic or cursive-like font? If so, it may be indicative of Qualitest formerly known as Vintage Pharmaceuticals. You can also reach out to Qualitest directly regarding this pill imprint for a second opinion at 1-877-882-9540 or via their online contact form: qualitestgroup.com/about-us/contact-us Hope this helps!

I have looked all over the internet for this pill and I can't find anything about it. All it has on it is VP50 it's white and oblong. I have found several in my sons room along with some sleep aid but for the life of me I can't figure out what they are!!!! Can anyone help PLEASE??????? ## Hi Amy, Based on your description, the closest match I'm seeing is a white oblong pill imprinted with VP 120 on one side and blank on the other. It's reportedly identified as a Sulfamethoxazole (800mg) + Trimethoprim (160mg) DS tablet, used for treating a variety of bacterial infections. I realize the imprint isn't spot on, but because they are very similar, I get the sense that they may be manufactured by the same company (Vista Pharmaceuticals) - hence the "VP". Perhap...

My RX always reads 30mg phenobarbital (54 years now). I see I am now taking 32.4mg. Pharmacy claims only pheno. available is 32.4mg. Is there a difference? I have been taking 32.4 approx. 4 months. ## Hello, Lew! How are you? Well, the dosage is different, but that's it. It is still the same medication, it's just that many other dosages have been removed from the market. Are you doing well on the 32.4? ## Yes. No problems since Aug. 2008. Before that it was 16 years.

I have these oblong pills with A 1 on one side and 58 on the other. What are they? ## The closest match I'm finding to your description is that of a white round pill marked with "A" over "158", with a horizontal score line in between. This particular pill is identified as Meperidine hydrochloride 50 mg; a narcotic analgesic indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain. Manufacturer: Actavis US National Drug Code (NDC): 52152-0158 Does this sound like it could be a viable match? ## No I'm sorry this is an oval pill that has A 1 on one side and 58 on the other. Thanks or tying. ## I believe you are viewing upside down. Could possibly be TV 58. white, oblong pill with L 2 imprint and scored in middle on the back. Cannot find anything on various sites ## I don't have sufficient evidence to say for sure, but the pill might be ibuprofen made by Perrigo. It's oblong and white, and the imprint can easily be mistaken for 12 or l2. The tablet is not scored as you say, but it does have a hifen (dash) in-between the "l-2". There's also an antidiarrheal tablet (by the name of Loperamide) that fits your pill description more accurately as far as being an oblong pill that is scored on the back with "L2" on the front. But this pill is very pale green as opposed to white. Any thoughts on either of these being a match? ## avid - thanks for your input. Definitely is a deep score, definitely is a capital L not an I....

i found a little white pill with the letters RR on 1 side and the other side is blank... what is this pill??? ## This meets the description of an over the counter supplement said to help with acne called Herbal Harvest. It contains Calcium, Belladonna and Potassium. I cannot, however, find more listings to confirm this. Was it found in the U.S.? ## It is a speed pill, cleaner and about about 2x more potent then the ice ones, 4x more so then Ufcs , Great find - valued at 30 a pop and very rare here in Canada ! ## So the white round pill with a RR is a speed pill??
