Found this cleaning my house I just rented and don't know what this is it is small white pill split down the middle on one side and the other side says 10 ## So far, I've found two different possibilities in the NIH database. If the numbers are more square, it could be a medication manufactured by Virtus Pharmaceuticals, which they list as containing 0.125mgs of Hyoscyamine, which is used to treat conditions such as IBS, Chron's disease, and other gastro-intestinal issues. The pill is round and white. it has 119 on it w an upside down V or triangle that has a P in the middle of the triangle.
