It's supplied by Akyma Pharmaceuticals. It can be purchased over the counter (OTC). It's not necessarily hard on the stomach but, like all acetaminophen, can be hard on the liver if taken too much/often. ## Amneal Pharmaceuticals also list this tablet as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Tylenol, and is available over the counter. Just l'd like to know which pill is stronger the yellow 10-325 or the white 10-325mg norco or hydrocodone. ## I'm sure you realize that both have the same active ingredients, and both are the same strength, so you are (in theory) not supposed to be able to tell a difference. However, as a matter of personal preference, I tend to find the yellow ones have a slight higher absorption rate, which has to do a lot with what you're eating before/after taking them, and a little to do with the difference in fillers. If given a choice, I would choose the yellow ones...but you likely won't see a marked difference either way. ## There can be slight fluctuations from one generic to another. These are the first ones ever I have seen from Pars Pharmacy and they are the lowest quality I have ever had to use. I have been taking norco daily for pain since 2004. I have never complained before about Generic medicine quality but this drug wears off at 2 hours if it even starts to work at all. I reported the pills to FAERS because they feel literally like a placebo. I have also reported this to my Pharmacy, pharmacy manager, the CVS Headquarters was notified and District Manager was notified, my Physician was notified and I saw him a week ago. We had a long discussion. He gave me a new prescription and told me go to a different pharmacy but even talking to pharmacies to learn what kind of Norco they ordered is like almost pulling teeth. half white pill oblong marked with a number 10 ## Hi Tami, Comparing several images, I have a good guess that it may be a white oblong pill marked with IP 110 on one side and scored on the other. If I'm seeing this correctly, when you split the tablet in half there would be one half with IP 1 and the other half would just have the number 10 on it. It's reported to be identified as a 10/325 generic Norco pill, made by Amneal Pharma. But maybe you could also look up the IP 110 imprint in order to help draw a conclusion on whether this is it or not?
