It was a narcotic analgesic used to treat pain, however, this dosage is no longer available on the U.S. market. Such combination prescription medications are now restricted to containing no more then 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose. The FDA warns that Hydrocodone carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache. I have white oval shaped pills that were given to me & told they are generic Loratabs. On one side they are blank & the other side is scored with uppercase letters IP on the left side & on the right side are the numbers 111. Are these in fact generic Loratabs or something similiar? If so, what milligram? Thank you. ## They are generic Lortab the same as Hydrocodone 7.5/500 I had some myself before and researched. ## Yes, it is a generic Lortab, to be exact the 500mgs in these is Acetaminophen and the 7.5mgs is the Hydrocodone. ## This is pink oblong with a V on one side and 3600 on the other. What is the difference between Losartan HCTZ 100/12.5, white pill, 1117 on one side and blank on the other side, and Hyzar 100/12.5? ## Both of the pills in question are one in the same drug. The only difference I noticed is that they are different brands/generics manufactured by different companies. Because of this, there may be a slight variation of inactive ingredients; but other than that you can be assured that they are the same drug and same dosage.
