white round apo 150 ## I located an white round pill with APO 150 on it the only difference is it has LAM above the 150. I also located another pill with APO 750, the only difference is the pill is oblong. Please post back with any more information so I can help you better.

That's just a line between M and 20, not a 1 (one). On the other side is either two cursive L's or J's, depending on what way you turn the pill. However, there is one manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals that has the marking 4212 V on, which contains 750mgs of Methocarbamol. The FDA classifies this as a muscle relaxant that is used to treat the pain associated with sprains, strains and spasms.
