Is this white oval shaped pill marked with m367 a Vicodin or a Norco? I found this in my office at work and some tell me it's a Vicodin and some tell me It's a Norco. I have a white oval shaped pill with a line in the middle and 900 on one side and 25 on the other. Could this be Vicodin? ## This is NOT Vicodin. If so, then it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, a narcotic pain reliever. And yes, it can react with certain medications, but I cannot give you any information on if it will react with what you are taking, without knowing what those specific medications are.. An oval pill that looks kind of like a vicodin, has an MP and on the opposite end has 424 with a line in the middle. It is white and not a capsule. Pretty big. ## This is Guaifenesin 600mgs and Pseudophedrine 120mgs, a generic for Mucinex D, used to relieve congestion.

Any idea what they are? ## M365 is supposed to be the real marking on a white oval 5/325 generic Vicodin tablet. If there is a cursive V instead of an M, then my guess would be that the manufacturer was none other than Vintage Pharmaceutical (now known as Qualitest). But if it's an M, then the manufacturer is Mallinckrodt. Perhaps it would be a good idea to contact either one of these manufacturers directly regarding this inquiry, just to cover all angles. Please ID. ## what is it? ## It's a generic pill for vicodin. ## @zak, The closest match I've been able to find is a white oval pill with the imprint M367 on the front and a score on the back. It is a generic Vicodin that contains Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg). Since the M367 imprint is so similar to your pill's imprint (M347) it is very likely that you do have a generic Vicodin, but possibly a higher or lower dosage than the one I've located.
