I found half of a pill ending with 57 and is blank on the other side. It's large white and oblong. ## Knowing only part of the imprint leaves it open to several possibilities. Just to give some examples, there's a 5mg Buspirone tablet that meets this description with the marking 657. There's a generic Vicodin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone with the marking M357. There's a Sulfadiazine tablet with the marking E757. And that is just some of the tablets that are listed that incorporate the 57 into the end of the imprint. Where was it found?

white with 44575 on it ## I cannot find a listing for this exact pill, but that is because pills marked with a 44, followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products. There are sold in several countries as the generic or store brands of common over the counter items. OTC items are not required to log their imprints with the FDA, like prescription medications are. When did these oblong pills M 57 71 get released to pharmacy? ## These have been out for years, now. They are manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list them as containing 10mgs of Methadone, which is most commonly used treat drug addiction, and chronic pain. I have a few oblong white pills with m2a4 on it and 57344. I was informed that it was hydrocodone so i looked it up and it said oxycodone and it also said tylenol extra strength. Small, circular, white pill with MP 57 imprint on 1 side and no markings or score line on the other. MP suggests Mutual Pharmaceutical, but I can't find an exact match. (Please do not suggest any alternative or similar interpretations of the imprint, as this will not be helpful.)
