I have these oblong pills with A 1 on one side and 58 on the other. What are they? ## The closest match I'm finding to your description is that of a white round pill marked with "A" over "158", with a horizontal score line in between. curious about this medication is a white small ,oblong shaped tablets ones side is markedTVAND THE OTHERSIDE 58. i found in my neices bag? ## FYI this is Tramadol, a mildly-addictive narcotic w/ properties of SSRIs as well. As of Dec. 2012 it has become a controlled substance so not only do you need an Rx for it but every time an Rx is filled, the DEA is automatically notified. You shouldn't take it w/out an Rx, and if you are allergic to codeine, morphine or if you've ever had a bad reaction or if you are currently taking an SSRZi, or if you have a seizure disorder.
