It is a scheduled IV drug that is a controlled substance and can be addictive. Found this pill in my sons pack pack and I want to know what it is ## I haven't been able to find an exact listing for this, but the closest match I'm seeing is a white elliptical/oval shaped pill marked with 511 on one side and blank on the other (in black ink). There doesn't appear to be any yellow on either side, so I'm assuming that this probably isn't your pill. Hopefully this result can at least narrow down some of your options. I found a small white round pill that is marked with just a 5 on one side and blank, but deeply scored on the other side. ## Hi Bruce, Generic Percocet made by Mallinckrodt, containing 5mgs of oxycodone + 325mgs of acetaminophen is really the only thing that comes remotely close to your description upon doing a google search. This particular tablet is marked with "512" on one side and is scored on the other. For added verification, it is also reported to be approximately 12.00 mm in diameter. Maybe that could help determine if there are other similarities as well. Any chance there could've been more numbers that were potentially faded/smudged off your pill?
