I was hoping somebody could help me identify what this pill is. It is round, white and quite small (approx 7mm diameter). On one side it says "DM" above a half way split mark. On the other side it is blank. There are no numbers anywhere.

The relative obscureness of this imprint leads me to suspect that it's most likely something that's available over the counter. Where was it found? some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.
