I found in my pillbox (I am a quadraplegic) a small oval pill that is scored on one side with what appears to be a 5 on one side of the score and a 4 on the other. The reverse swide of the pill is plain with an F on it. ## This tablet contains 10mgs of Escitalopram, the active ingredient in Lexapro, which is an SSRi antidepressant that also has some other medical uses. Any idea what this is? I take generic Celexa or Citalopram and they gave me this.
