Dear Doctor, Myself Rattan Singh Mahal very kindly ask your help as my son is suffering from Diabetes. His age is 33 and his name is Gurpal Singh Mahal. He is taking Gemer 1 tablet 3 times a day. He is having pain on right leg earlier and now it is on left leg. When his sugar is less i e 80 he is having pain and sugar reaches 140 there is no pain. sometimes the sugar reaches 240 if he takes more intake. I would like to get your kind help that how can we maintain this sugar. What is the diet for this. Hi, I had sugar levels 250(fasting) and 302(pp) one month back. I started taking one tablet of Germer 1 in morning I tested my levels yesterday and are 81 fasting and 95 PP(I tested sugar level without taking medicine that day). Doctor told me to reduce tablet to half. my blood sugar is 10 mmol/l fasting and I am taking Gemer 2 drug. I find this to be on the higher side. About two hours after meals it ranges from 7mmol/l-13mmo/l. Can it cause asthma like symptoms? As my relative takes high blood pressure and gemer1 and has suddenly developed very serious breathing problems and sometimes she's ok and it starts suddenly then may stop without medications or may need IV's for laxis, hydrocortisone, aminophiline together. ## What have the doctors said is causing it? If its genuine asthma, then that would be due to allergies and if she were allergic to the medication, it would happen every time she took it and most likely worsen with time. I am taking "GEMER 1" Tablets, as I am diaognised as "TYPE 2 Diabetes Patient", but its been now almost 10 Months & I feel very lazy at times during the day or night & my both legs pains. I take one tablet in the morning before Breakfast & one tablet in the night. gemer 2 and gemer 1 is ok for me with high blood sugar fasting 14 ## These medications are used to help lower blood sugar levels. Has your doctor instructed you to take them? The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, flatulence, and diarrhea.

Dear Doctor my mother is 64 and is diabetic previously she was taking Glutide CR 30 one tablet in the morning only and nothing during the day for the last 5years, recently the doctor changed the tablet to Gemer 1 this is effecting her in the morning when she take the tablet it makes her feels lathargic and as if slow down, only after 10minutes of taking breakfast she feels relaxed. kindly advice what to do. ## It contains Metformin and Glimepiride and when is she taking it? Hi I am diabetic and taking medicine for last 6 years. From last 2 years I am taking gemer1 tab asper my doctor"s advice twice daily (morning and night) before half an hour of the food. Now i am getting tierd and some acidity problem, let me know the reason and side effect of the medicine.

I am 62 been a diabetic for 7 years. Taking Gemer 1 before breakfast and glycomet 250 in the night after dinner. Now doctor has prescribed Glycomet GP2 morning and Glycomet 500 for night. The quarterly average sugar level was 7.75. 4 years ago and 7.45 2 years ago and it is 7.40 tested 2 weeks ago.
