Slipped and fell down five steps... injured neck, shoulders, back and lower back. Chiropractor (4 times so far = massage manual & electronic, light manipulation); Physical Therapy (1 time so far = vibrate massage and stretches); all preceded by MD exam (and x-rays to eliminate fractures) and prescription of Hydrocodone 5 325 (126).
