what does a 10mg roxy look like? ## There is no Roxicodone, which would be the regular release formulation of Oxycodone, in a 10mg tablet. Roxicodone is only available in 5, 15 or 30mg tablets. I don't have a picture to post for you, due to copyright reasons, but I can give you some descriptions and markings. There is a 10mg Oxycontin tablet, that should have the marking of OP on one side and 10 on the other, the other tablets had OC on on side and 10 on the other and they are both white. As to Roxicodone markings, the 5mg is a round, white tablet and one side it has 54 over 582, the 30mg is round, blue and one one side has 54 over 199 and the 15mg is green, round and has 54 over 710 on one side. Do one of those descriptions match your pill? Whatwill happen if i chew oxycodone 5mg
2 Replies RSS
I've recently fractured my hip and am taking 5mg Oxycodone, but don't really feel the affect of it and want to know if I chew it will the affect be stronger. ## No, the effects will be the same. You can't get more than 5mg out of 5mg. You should see your doctor if it isn't helping. The goal is to minimize your pain not to "feel it." Hope you do well. ## When a medication as strong as Oxycodone can't be felt, then you have to figure that something strange is going on with the tablet itself. Although I agree with post #1 in that 5mg is 5mg, no matter which way you look at it. The problem that many patients are reporting from ineffectiveness is in my opinion likely due to the added binders/fillers that make up the tablet's composition (these constantly change... ...

Is there apap in my oxycodone 5mg kvk hcl tab? Because people are saying there is apap in it. ## Hello, Lang! How are you? What are the markings on it? From what you've listed, it doesn't look like there's any APAP/Acetaminophen in it, if there were, a second dosage should be listed, so the label would have something like 5/325mg on it. However, if you can post back with the markings on it, I'll gladly double check for you to be sure. I found some pills in my medicine cabinet and they look like oxycodone 5mg, as I have been prescribed them in the past. The only issue I have is that I could not locate them on the internet. They are small white round pills, blank on one side and on the other is a capital "A" and a 5 separated by a score line. Any ideas? ## Hello, Elton! How are you? From what I've been able to find, this is an old Actavis tablet that they listed as containing 5mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. The FDA classifies this as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Round yellow Tablet Watson 820 ## What are you asking here? You already know that it is oxycodone/aspirin. 4.5mg oxycodone and 325mg aspirin. It is generic for Percocet, which is a schedule 2 controlled, addictive substance. Side effects include marked drowsiness, euphoria, constipation. ## Actually the name brand for this would be Percodan, since it contains Aspirin and not Acetaminophen, Percocet contains Acetaminophen. ## Sorry, I thought I wrote PERCODAN NOT PERCOCET. I was looking straight at the picture and still wrote it wrong! Very few doctors write for Percodan anymore because they feel Percocet is safer on the stomach, plus the aspirin can intensify the effects of the oxycodone. Sorry for the mistake.
