And the most operative question is really....how is the change working for you? While there are some conversion standards, it is generally more important to individualize it and customize it to the patient and how they respond to a medication, plus their tolerance levels.

I went to a local clinic because I has lots of small ichy pimples on my chest and thy had pus. I also have a boil under my armpit. 3 tablets at a time for five days or should the 3 tablets be taken separately one at 8 one at 2 and one in the evening. For upper respiratory infection ## Hello, Junie! How are you? If your doctor didn't provide any specific instructions, then it is up to you. Taking all 3 at once in the morning could help prevent the insomnia that this medication can cause, alternatively taking them separately can help minimize the severity of all the side effects. The FDA lists them as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, acne and nervousness. Is there anything else I can help with?

I was diagnosed with shingles and was prescribed with ACYCLOVIR 400 MG TABLETS and it says to take 2 tablets by mouth five times per day for 7 days.. But I don't understand? How many hours apart do I wait for each set of two tablets? ## I was just given the same med, but mine is 1 tab 5x day. My doctor said I didn't have to wake up at night for a dose, so I set this up: 6am,10am, 2pm, 6pm and the last one for the day @ 10pm. Slipped and fell down five steps... injured neck, shoulders, back and lower back. Chiropractor (4 times so far = massage manual & electronic, light manipulation); Physical Therapy (1 time so far = vibrate massage and stretches); all preceded by MD exam (and x-rays to eliminate fractures) and prescription of Hydrocodone 5 325 (126). Sixty five and just got the mandatory Medicare but also have a PPO since March. My previous plan, an HMO would only provide me with 40 Vicodin a month for my daily back pain which includes scoliosis, spurs, two very degenerated discs, annular tear, sciatica and some other issues if can't even remember. Please help. My doctor had me on percoset 10/325 4 times a day. That was for over a year. Well I found out I was pregnant and the doctors promised me it was ok for me to take them. Well I started not taking as many cause I wanted to stop for my baby. I started getting sick and at first had no clue why. I have been on depo for the first time and it expired on the 22nd june that is eight days back but I have been getting large blood clots, heavy flow of periods, been on primolut n for five days three times a day and when I stopped my periods came back.i have used microgyno too but nothing. This is an antibiotic good for getting rid of mucus, leading to a chronic cough. It has been successful several times for me and saved me a doctor's vi$it. I read the prescription directions wrong. I'm taking nitrofurantoin for a UTI in pregnancy. The directions say every 12 hours for 7 days. I quickly looked at the bottle and thought it said every 7 hours. I have five pills left, so now about 2 and a half days left now that I know the actual timespan. I understand this isn't a safe but I do not have an any funds insurance or really any more time I cannot get another hospital I m drowning in er bills. Hi I suffered a complete L1/L2 Spinal Cord Injury a few years ago and due to the nerve damage I now suffer ongoing chronic pain in my lower groin and acute pain in my legs. I currently take 10mg Oxycodone five times a day with 10mg Methadone once a day for the pain and it has worked very well for me since the accident. I started on just 10mg Oxycodone four times a day with no Methadone and over nearly 5 years it has build up to what I'm now on. Hi. I suffered a L1/L2 complete SCI injury some 4 years ago. After 6-7 weeks when the spinal shock wore off I noticed I had a burning pain in my lower groin area even though I can't really feel much below my hips, we thought maybe it was a UTI but all showed negative. It was diagnosed as chronic nerve pain and it never goes away, I get acute nerve pains in my legs on top of this chronic pain.
