I have both M360 and Watson 853 pills. I'm not exactly sure if the are the same of if one is stronger. ## The tablet marked M360 contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen and the tablet marked Watson 853 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. I have a oblong yellow pill with Watson 358 on it, what is the strength? ## Can you please double check the marking? Why is it small and yellow, I was taking the lortab blue pill ## The color and size don't actually mean anything, the company may just manufacture their pills differently, so they use less fillers, than other manufacturers. What are the markings on the tablet in question? The name brand Norco that is a yellow tablet in the 10/325mg dosage is oval and has the marking NORCO 539 on one side of the tablet. There is also a generic, that is a yellow, oval with the marking WATSON 853. Another yellow, oval one with the marking 3601 on one side and a V on the other side. Do any of these match the tablet you have? If not, please post back with markings and I will gladly check it for you.

Is it possible that I just ordered hydrocodone/acetaminophen illegally? I suffer with lower back problems and have been under chiropractic care, have gotten Xrays, and MRI and back injections. I just finished with my prescription for Lortab (a little early I'm afraid). I saw something at CVS about buying prescriptions online. I did a search and came to an online pharmacy website. The website I went to certainly looked legit. I am a fairly intelligent person, but is it possible that I just did the stupidest thing?
