how does lortabs lok ## Most Lortabs like a big oval shape Has WATSON and a # on it...comes in colors (light blue, green, white, yellow, pink) ## Actually, there is now way to say for certain how Lortabs look, they are manufactured by many different pharmaceutical companies and there are no proprietary requirements for a certain drug has to look. The colors, shapes, and size can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Yes, as Andrea says, most are oval, but not all and they do not have to be oval to be Lortab and the do not have to come in any particular colors. The only FDA requirement for pills, other than quality codes, is that they must all have unique imprints for identification purposes. Even the imprints though, will vary from company to company and according the dosage strength....

I need to know what fake ones look like ## Hi Merlinda, Fake pills can actually be pressed to look identical to the real thing. So going off a description alone isn't enough in my opinion. It's unfortunate that counterfeits have gotten this good at tricking the population. But having said that, I think the only way to truly protect yourself from fakes is make sure you fill your prescription at a licensed pharmacy. I hope you're able to find a caring doctor who can help provide what is needed.

is it to help with back pain like trmadol ## Hello, Jenny! How are you? No, this contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine, it is used to treat migraines and tension headaches. It will not do much for back pain. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, insomnia and nervousness. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Sorry to say but yes for some it can help with back pain. I have sciatica and other major issues of the spine that nothing out there would help except vicodin, ultram. I was given this for migraines and sence then I have had no pain with my back, or migraines. For me its a MIRACLE pill! Only thing I don't like much about it is I can barely eat. Most days I have to force my food down. I'm not a doctor here, just a patient who h...

Alcoholics Anonymous does not work for many people trying to stay sober. What are some of the reasons for this and what other treatment methods are successful. ## Alcoholics Anonymous isn't necessarily for everyone. I think the simple fact of the matter is that each person has his or her own agenda and may just not be ready to move on with their life. The level of depression that accompanies heavy drinking could also be one that goes much deeper than many realize. Other factors that may have an influence on this program's success is whether or not the person has any additional problems other than just alcohol. Often times depression or loneliness is just what we see on the surface, and various behavioral patterns have been embedded into their everyday life through watching other...

It sure doesn't sound like that' what it was. Have you consulted your doctor? What was their assessment? ## I take Roxy and it can make you out of breath. My guess would be if you got out of breath, you could have started to get anxious and panicky and that would make your heart race a bit. Only your doctor can tell you for sure though.

My perscription for bupropion SR 150mg tablets - I understand what all that means. I want to know what the SA in front of WATSON LABS means? does this mean it was made in South Africa or South America? My pharmacy has switched something and my generic used to be a purple round pill and is now a white round pill. ## The SA stands for sustained action, it's just another way of designating that it's a time released formulation of the medication. It means the same thing as the SR in your prescription, which stood for sustained release. Learn more Bupropion details here. Are there any other comments or questions?

The white ones are probably Torprol XL, branded versions of this drug. Can you post the strength of the pills as well as any imprints which appear on them? That way someone could most likely reply with the exact dosage. Linds ## I have been taking Metoprolol ER 100MG Tab Wat and it is a white round tablet with the number 832 on the back. Hie i started using Canex V 3 days ago along with metro and cifloc 500.i.m alredy near my period days can i start early becoz from wat i.m seeing its no longer spotting bt period ## Hello, Tatenda! How are you? Yes, it is possible for your cycle to become irregular, anytime you've been ill or had to take a medication. However, it would be best to have it checked out to be sure. The FDA lists spotting as one of the typical side effects of Canex V, so it could also just be due to that, even though it seems heavier, because it can irritate the cervix. Other side effects may include irritation and vaginal discharge. Is there anything else I can help with?

She doesn't think it's from the water pills or any of the other things she drinks everyday. Could someone Please help me, to Help Her. Thank you ## Hello, Christine! How is your friend doing? Oh yes, that is exactly what the water pill does, it forces fluid out of the body by increasing urinary output. Plus, the caffeine in the coffee does the same thing, so she's essentially taking in 2 diuretics. Is there anything else I can help with?

I started back on .5 estradiol. I have not been on it for a year and 1/2 and I have gained a lot of weight. I started on supplements that helped me to feel better so I thought I could go off estradiol. It’s so weird cause I thought I would lose weight going off of it and I keep gaining. I eat clean, exercise daily and drink only water. I started back up yesterday so I’m hoping it will help me take some of this weight off. Has anyone heard of weight loss when on estradiol? ## Are you perimenopausal, or post menopausal? If so, these conditions can cause some weight gain, regardless of what medication you take, your diet, or exercise, this is well documented in NIH studies. It is a well known fact that most middle aged women tend to gain weight and develop a paunch in the midse...

The drug I'm taking is probenecid 500mg tablet wat....what does " wat" mean ... Drug was given to me and a patient advisory leaflet was given to me and that's when I noticed "wat" at the end of the drug received .....It said :Probenecid 500 mg tablet wat ? ## Hi Robert, Based on my research "WAT" stands for the name of the manufacturer. So it could just be an abbreviation for Watson Pharmaceuticals. The way that it's listed on Costco.com's pharmacy page, depicts it as being the manufacturer's name as well: costco.com/Pharmacy/DrugInfo.aspx?p=1&SearchTerm=a&Drug=PROBENECID I hope this info helps to answer your question!

Many other people are telling me that ip 110 which is another generic form of hydrocodone 10/325, does not work for them nearly as well as watson 853, which is a better generic of the same thing - hydrocodone 10/325. Obviously, pharmacies are buying ip 110 cause they are cheaper. What else is known out there, and in other people's experience, is it the same? I would like to know? ## Hello, Dr. Moki! How are you? I've actually taken both of them, at different times when it was prescribed and found them both to work well for me. Just like any other medication, it can vary from person to person. The additional thing you have to remember is that most people don't post or talk about a medication, unless they've had a problem with it, there is a much larger number of people th...

Does Watson make a generic 750/325ES If not why? Because all I can fine so far is the generic of 750/500 and would like to use less than 500. ## The ES stands for extra strength, so any version of this medication with the ES designation is going to have more Acetaminophen in it, since that's the intent. And yes, Watson actually does make a 7.5/325mg tablet. It is oval and peach in color with the marking WATSON over 3203 on one side and a score line on the opposite side of the tablet. Learn more Vicodin details here. However, if you're doctor has prescribed the 7.5/500 dosage, that is all any pharmacy is going to offer you, because you can't change the dosage yourself. You'll need to get a new prescription from your doctor to get the other tablets with the lower amount of...
