If necessary however, the dosing guidelines state that you can also talk to your doctor about upping the dose to as much as 1 gram a day. So taking 400 mgs once a day still falls under safe dosing protocols. I opened 3 vitamin C capsules. Squeezed them into a little dish, with a probiotic emptied into the mixture as well.
