I'm living Norway. I have VITAMIN D problem. as like 0%.. I'm often tired and getting lazy. and sleepy. but i work 13 hrs pr day. but i got bone prob. 30yrs old. but hate to take ten. I have severe pain in my left shoulder, left arm till my ring finger. I get this pain mainly when im so tensed or stressed out suituation.
