What is the difference between Darvocet N APAP 100-650 and Hydrocodone 500 mg? ## There is no Hydrocodone 500mg...it comes in 5mg 7.5mg or 10mg.. You people shouldn't mess with drugs cause obviously you have no clue...and there both weak as s*** by the way. ## Fentanyl is a very serious drug, and it is 10 to 20 x more powerful than morphine. What is in Darvocet "5112 V"? Is it as effective as Vicodin 750? ## 5112V is a generic Darvocet, which contains Acetaminophen 650mg + Propoxyphene 100 mg. I have experienced chronic, generalized pain due to Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, and various other maladies. I am only 55 years old and suffer from severe, advanced C.O.P.D. I have less than 30% usage of my lungs. I don't have long to live, so it is difficult to understand why these doctors are so paranoid re' prescribing!! I was prescribed Darvocet until it was removed from the market, and then placed on Vicodin. The Vicodin helped me enormously; pain free.
