a large oval shaped whit tablet ## I am sorry, but if there are no markings, it will be virtually impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. There are many pills on the market that match this description, they include foreign medications, over the counter items and nutritional supplements. Sorry, I wish I could help more!

I take Lipitor (now Atorvastatin generic) and Atenelol on a daily basis. I always take pills out of PX. bottles and put into special container away from children. As there are many generics around, I have mixed up my pills and I now have a white oval shaped (almost flat) pill and I do not know for which it is a substitute. Silly I know but if anyone one knows of a substititute for either of these drugs that comes as described above without any markings whatever, please let me know. ## It's not a prescription tablet, all such tablets dispensed in the U.S. have to have imprints to enable their identification. Thus, it's likely an over the counter product. Learn more prescription drug details here. What OTC products have you been taking recently? ## Thank you - that was indeed my t...

Absolutely no number or letters on either side. Half white half light green ## If there are no markings, it is going to be almost impossible to positively identify. The only thing we can say for sure is that it is not a legal, U.S. prescription medication. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. Does anyone else have any ideas?

White oval shaped pill with v365 markings. Are these 10mg. Vicodin? I'm not sure as they are old? Any idea what they are? ## M365 is supposed to be the real marking on a white oval 5/325 generic Vicodin tablet. If there is a cursive V instead of an M, then my guess would be that the manufacturer was none other than Vintage Pharmaceutical (now known as Qualitest). But if it's an M, then the manufacturer is Mallinckrodt. Perhaps it would be a good idea to contact either one of these manufacturers directly regarding this inquiry, just to cover all angles. Also, depending on where or how you came about getting this pill, it may even be a counterfeit (if not from a licensed pharmacy)... ## The v 365 is an old version of Vicodin, it was 5 mg hydrocodone 500 mg of tylenol

What is this pill for? It's white and oval with the letters RlSO on one side and a cross on the back. ## Hi, Shortie! How are you? The markings on these are a bit hard to read, they tend to not imprint very well, but what I believe you're seeing is actually meant to be R180 and the tablet contains 4mgs of Tizanidine, which is a muscle relaxant, it's a generic for Zanaflex. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and headache. Can you please double check the people and see if that S is perhaps actually an 8? Thanks! ## What kind of a pill is riso with a cross on back of pill ## Yes it’s an "8": Rl80

A good sized white pill. Blank on one side and a small horizontal dash on the other. I was told it was to relieve pain but I have never seen one before. Does anyone know what it is? ## Hello, KoKo! How are you? If it has no markings, we can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication. They are all required, by law, to have imprints to enable their identification in case of emergency. Most likely, it is just some type of over the counter product, but there is also a small chance that it is a foreign medication. Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so that may help narrow down where too look. Does anyone else have an idea of what this tablet might contain?

I have two pills that are 800 mg Ibuprofen one has I8 on one side and the other pill has IP466 is there any difference in these two pills? ## No, they have just been made by different manufacturers. It's pretty common, once a medication is available as a generic and each manufacturer has to use different markings, so the pills can be traced back to them in case of an emergency. Learn more Ibuprofen details here. This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with?

Looking for the name of a white oval pill with the markings 263 on one side and PAC on the other side. The pill is not scored. ## Is there any chance that your pill says "par" instead of "pac"? I located a white oval pill with "par" on one side (lower case) and 263 on the back - & no score line either. This particular tablet is reportedly identified as Rosuvastatin calcium 40 mg, marketed for use in treating high cholesterol. For verification, the National Drug Code is listed as 42291-0745. It is most commonly used to treat migraines and tension headaches. Inactive Ingredients: - Cellulose, Microcrystalline - Croscarmellose Sodium - Crospovidone - Povidones - Silicon Dioxide - Starch, Corn - Stearic Acid Ref: DailyMed ## That's generic fiorecet (spelling?). red and white oval pill with n o letters or number's on it. and do not know what it is. please help me! ## Hi, Shaylie! Where did you find it? With no markings, it's likely going to be difficult to determine exactly what this tablet contains, however, we can rule it out as being a U.S. approved and manufactured prescription medication, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. That means it's most likely something that's available over the counter. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

its white, oval shaped, rph 285x on one side , and an indented straight groove on the other ## For a very long time, we purchased stool softeners that were oval shaped, red on one side, white on the other. We can't find them any longer and they were the very best. ## Regarding my question concerning being unable to find the stool softener I wanted, we found it at QFC (grocery store chain). It's made by Kroger and works better in that it does not hurt your stomach, whereas all the other one's tend to irritate the stomach and esophagus. I think the red and white capsule has a much thicker coating on it so it can get to your upper G.I. before wearing off. Problem solved - hope that helped someone else ;)
