My name is rafi Alfi, I’m 47 years old and I live in Israel. I’ve just received my first Romiplostim injection and I’ve some questions about the Side effect/reaction for long terms to this medicine. It’s a new medicine in Israel (I’m only the 14th who got it in the last 6 months so there isn’t much experience and the Israeli doctors could not answer my questions). I have been suffering from migraine for the last 14 years. I started with Migranil and then moved on to Vasograin (both prescribed by different doctors). I have been taking Vasograin during each bout of migraine for several years (7-8) now and do feel instant relief if I have consumed the pill within 30 minutes of the onset of pain. On average, I have to take Vasograin 6 times a month. What are the side effects of long-term usage of this medicine?

My new internist wants me to discontinue use of evoxac to control my very dry mouth/esophagus/etc. She says that it has a negative effect on my sympathetic nervous system. Could someone explain (in layman's terms) exactly how it could be detrimental, what specifically happens when it is, and how does it present (what will I notice happening to me)? ## Hello, Renee! How are you? I haven't been able to find anything on that, but your doctor may have received some new information that isn't available elsewhere, yet. What has she suggested that you use instead? ## She recommended nothing to take it's place. I did try to stop, but my mouth and esophagus were so dry, I couldn't continue without it. I guess I'll just have to ask her to explain it all to me, but she is n...

My implanon expired a month ago And I've noticed horrible headaches and night time nausea. I cannot be pregnant because my husband and I started using condoms before it expired. Any advice? I cannot afford to get it removed right now, I have no health insurance. Thanks ## Just like when taking any other medication, withdrawal of contraceptive hormones can cause withdrawal effects, as reported by the FDA. You may also experience dizziness, PMS-like symptoms and spotting. However, it would be best to have things checked out, as soon as possible. My dogs have had bad itchy red spots with hair loss. They have been going crazy. After all I tried I put some clobetasol on my dogs and everything has gone away after all. Is it safe for them if used properly. ## Hi Junebug, Glad to hear that your dogs are doing better. From what I've researched online, veterinarians do commonly prescribe clobetasol to dogs. So my opinion is that they should be fine. However I'd probably be a little reluctant to administer it myself until receiving specific dosing instructions directly from a vet, who can ideally make the most informed decision when it comes to various treatment options that are available (some perhaps safer than others in terms of possible side effects). Hope this helps! ## HOW MUCH DO YOU PUT ON THEM AT A TIMEOF THE CLOBETASOL...

In the corner of my eyes is sore with redness ## @gonzo, Terramicina or "Terramycin" in english terms is an antibiotic marketed in several forms, including an ophthalmic ointment for treating eye infections specifically in animals such as horses, cattle, cats, dogs, etc... Every article of information I'm finding on the ophthalmic ointment points back to its veterinary applications, but nothing concerning human use. So with that said, I think it may be best to double check with your doctor before attempting to use it on yourself. Chances are that it might be just fine, but these days it's worth getting a professional opinion as well. DON"T USE myKERAGRO. They have AWFUL customer service, inaccurate terms and conditions and the product is very overpriced. They made it a nightmare to return the product. There are plenty of products on the market with the same ingredients, from a reliable source AND cheaper. ## I have not received my pills yet!!!!! Its been a week. How do I cancel?! ## I'll post this here, again, before anyone else spends money on a such a product… Regardless of what they claim, the length of your hair, how thick it is, how fast it grows and etc. are genetically predetermined. what is difference between M 357 and Watson 932 in terms of effectiveness? ## Watson 932 is Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Oxycodone hydrochloride (10 mg). M357 is Acetaminophen (500 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (5 mg). That said, the comparison lies between Oxycodone and Hydrocodone. My research shows that Acetaminophen + Oxycodone is used for acute (short term) moderate to severe pain. While Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone doesn't specify being, quote "short term". To view information about these two drugs, please refer to the links below... If you have any more questions or concerns, please post back and I will be happy to help you.

the expiration date on the bottle is 9/2009. I have been bringing up yellow mucus, & I'm coughing a lot. Is it safe to take this medicine? ## Hi Ruth, The only potential problem I see with taking expired penicillin is not so much about the safety of the drug itself, but in terms of losing efficacy overtime, a less potent antibiotic inevitably creates a greater risk for developing antibiotic resistant bacteria. And for that reason alone I think it would probably be a good idea to invest in a fresher prescription that has retained more of its potency -(depending on what your storage conditions were like over the past 5 and half years). I hope this helps! Does anyone else have a different view from personal experience? I know some types of medications do retain potency for quite so...

I am enjoying my LUVOX CR, quite seriously. There is a difference, however, between the IR and the CR version. Currently there is no IR 'Luvox' per se, but in terms of efficacy, both seem to be equal. There are benefits with the CR, and of these there are many, but it seems to, for some reason, cause the stool to be softer. It does not cause me to have diarrhea, but I am prone to having the opposite normally, so I am wondering, are other people on CR getting full blown GI upset with diarrhea? The IR for some reason does not seem to have this effect,
