I HAVE SEVERE PAIN AND HAVE BEEN TAKING METHADONE FOR 5 YEARS. I CANNOT FIND A PHARMACY THAT WILL FILL MY SCRIPT ## It seems that there are shortages and policy changes going on in several states and it has caused many people to be unable to get their prescriptions filled. Get off pain meds drink some wine!!!!!!!!! ## While I agree that people should get off pain meds, I don't agree with wine being a conducive alternative. Reason being is if there is any sort of narcotic left in the person's system while they even have half a glass of wine, the combination can lead to extreme depression of the Central Nervous System and be fatal. Just one sip and it might be your last (research it for yourself). The most dangerous thing to mix with a sedative (alcohol) is another sedative or "downer". I've been taking 2mg sub a day for the past year. I've had a few bumps in the road over the past year and my sub Dr has been very patient. I'm going to run out before my next refill. Where can I get my oxycodone 15mg filled in tampa area. Last month I had the dr switch me from 30mg to 15mg because the 30s were hard to get. So last month I go to Walgreens got the 15mg no problem But now this month I can't get any went to 5 pharmacies nothing. Is this happening to the 15mg too. Please. ok i know the manufacturers are playing with the amout of pills available but come the f**k on my cousin tried filling a script of 100/10mg Percocets(sp) since the 19th of Novemeber. every damn pharmacy she goes to she told the same damn thing sorry its on back order. they tried to tell her that it was because the disributors had a mix up around thanksgiving. but hell its almost jan 1 and still nothing for her. I fill ALL of my prescriptions with express scripts including my Roxicodone. I have a severe case of chronic Pancreatitis, which causes acute attacks almost every month. On top of this, which is unbelievably painful, I have 4 herniated discs in my back as well as a completely blown out left knee. I also have lingering pain from several gun shot wounds I was lucky enough to live through in Afghanistan. Express Scripts however sends my pain meds every 34 DAYS, LEAVING ME IN WITHDRAWAL, for the 1st couple months, until I started cutting the amount I took from 4 to 3 the last week, so I don't suffer too bad from pain or withdrawal.
