She wants to know how to keep susten suppository 400 inside her vagina since her doctor suggested to take this tablet. ## All she has to do is insert it and the moisture of her body will handle the rest. You should just place it as far up as possible, so it rests against, or near the cervix and leave it there. I started taking Letoval on days 2-6 days of my periods.Then I ovulated and started taking Susten 200 VT vaginally for 14 days. I didn't get my periods yet. So I have been advised to take 3 more Susten, but I still didn't get my periods. So I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative.
